Project Manager – Intermediate – Bilingual Full Time

We are looking for a Project Manager – Intermediate – Bilingual for the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

1. The proposed resources meet the minimum mandatory requirements of their proposed level as defined by the TSPS Project Management Services stream flex grid.

2. The Proposed Level 2 – Project Manager, Intermediate has experience in three (3) projects for a period of one (1) year of experience within the last ten (10) years performing the items listed below within the Canadian Federal or Provincial Government or large corporation:

a. Managing large-scale IT projects with at least five (5) team members performing unique tasks (where “large-scale” refers to projects valued at over $500,000, and where “IT” refers to any project with a strong mathematical or technical component, including geospatial data, financial data, Big Data, artificial intelligence, data visualization, or statistical analyses, that are used to support business processes); and
b. Developing and maintaining project management documentation (e.g., project charter, project proposal, and work breakdown structure).

3. The proposed Resource must hold a valid Security Clearance at the level of Reliability by the Canadian Security Directorate (CISD) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
