We are looking for a Project Executive – Level 3 for Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with Security Clearance of Secret.
1. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has at least 15 years of experience working as a Project Executive in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement Stream 5. P.5 Project Executive – Level 3.
2. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that within the last 10 years that the proposed resource has completed three (3) different projects working as a Project Executive – level 3 with clients at a senior management level (Director-level) for a large organization with 5000+ employees.
Each project must be a minimum of 1 year in length and must demonstrate experience:
a) Developing and implementing a program of change and a project plan for business improvement;
b) developing and implementing the benefits realisation plan including recommended initiatives resulting in improved business performance and measured benefits.

3. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that within the last 10 years that the resource has experience working as a Project Executive on a Service Delivery Transformation project for a large organization with 5000+ employees to:
a) lead the design of a work plan for each team (minimum 3 teams);
b) define the business and change strategy roadmap to affect the transition; and
c) implement and operate the new business architecture with the organization’s employees, tools, and procedures.

4. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed a University degree.A copy of the degree MUST be provided. The degree MUST be obtained from an accredited institution, recognized by the Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (http://www.cicic.ca/en/index.aspx).
5. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed of a valid ITIL certification in IT Service Management.
