Project Executive – Level 3 for Employment and Social Development Canada Full Time

We are looking for Project Executive – Level 3 for Employment and Social Development Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability Bilingual

Interested resource must have: 

1.Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, as a Project Executive level 3 or a minimum of five (5) years of experience with a recognized professional certification (e.g. PMP, Certified Information-Systems Auditor certification (CISA), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), etc…) as outlined in the TBIPS category description for a Project Executive – Level 3.

2.Has experience within the last five (5) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time with at least one (1) Public Sector* project where the proposed resource planned and executed a Large Project** for a client with national impacts and involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or vendors.

3.Has five (5) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, of professional work experience performing the following tasks in an IM/IT environment: Leading a large-scale transformation initiative involving users and information systems *Within a transformation program in a large (minimum 10,000 users) Public Sector(s) including Federal (including Crown Corporations), Provincial and Municipal government organizations in Canada.

4.Has five (5) years of professional work experience with in the last ten (10) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, performing the following tasks in an IM/IT environment:

Managing business transformation projects and directly perform integrated risk assessment functionality in an IM/IT environment.

5.Has one (1) year of professional work experience with in the last ten (10) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time performing the following tasks in an IM/IT environment:

Large-scale Cloud Enterprise Governance

6.Resource can work fluently in both official languages (English and French), in writing and verbally at an advanced level.
