Project administrator – Level 3 Full Time

We are looking for a Project administrator – Level 3 for Department of National Defence (DND) with a Security Clearance Level of Top Secret.

Job Specification:

  1. The Bidder’s proposed resource must have minimum of eight (8) years of experience working on DND and/or SSC IM/IT projects with two (2) out of eight (8) years’ experience developing and documenting Concepts of Operation (Con Ops) for a real property project.
  2. The proposed bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years completing each of the following tasks for a Real Property Project:
    • Coordinating with 3rd party suppliers for Point of Presence solutions for a classified site.
    • Developing and documenting transition plans in preparation for requests for change (RFC).
    • Working with multiple 3rd party vendors to coordinate solutions in accordance with construction blueprints to serve multiple buildings within a campus.
    • Experience with telephony requirements for a client with a national security or defence mandate.
