Platform Analyst – Level 3 Full Time

We are looking for a Platform Analyst – Level 3 for the Department of National Defence with a Security Clearance Level of Secret.  

Job Specification:  

1. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the development and fielding of military information systems. This includes technical analysis of requirements to identify technical interactions with external systems. 
2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the development and/or management of network architectures. 
3. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Core Service applications, which specifically includes applications for: email; chat; web hosting; web authentication; directory data synchronization; domain naming; distributed time; digital certificates; audio-video-based collaboration; calendaring and scheduling; service management and control; and control; and communications and networking services. 
4. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in delivering presentations on networking to executive-level staff, demonstrating the ability to convey complex issues to peers and to senior organizational staff in a clear and concise manner. Complex issues are defined as issues that are beyond the scope of any single organization to understand and respond to; there is often disagreement about the cause of the issue and how to address it.
