We are looking for an Organizational Change Management for our client who meets the following criteria:
Language: Bilingual – French + English
Security Clearance: Reliability
Location of Work: Hybrid (required 10-12 days on-site per month), Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa
Mandatory requirements:
The bidder must have a University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience facilitating meetings/sessions with small and large groups in both official languages
The bidder must have a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in delivering training to an adult audience on technical and non-technical subject matters in both official languages
The bidder must have a minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience providing advisory services to senior executives in both official languages
The bidder must have a Change Management Certification (PROSCI or other)
The bidder must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both official languages, particularly in writing clear and concise documents for a technical audience
Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
