Intermediate Analyst / Developer Full Time

We are looking for an Intermediate Analyst / Developer for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: No security clearance needed

• Location of Work: Hybrid – 100 Constellation Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K2G 5J9 or/and remotely as approved by the Project Authority/Manager.

• Mandatory requirements:
  • Five (5) years in systems analysis, design, development and testing of the MAP application using structured methodologies.
  • Advanced experience with Oracle development and RDBMS (v10 and subsequent)
  • Experience in Esri software development, including working with Esri geodatabases specifically within Oracle/SDE, Python and ArcPy extensions, JavasScript web application development in an Esri context, use of ArcGIS Server and Esri web services.
  • Experienced developing with MS-Visual Studio, using languages including: VB.NET, C#, PowerShell.
  • Knowledge and experience with Solaris or other UNIX; including File system, Unix Editors. Cron job scheduling, using Perl, Python, csh and bash scripting languages, XWindows and other remote access tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS-Windows configuration, management, and deployment.
  • Experience Azure DevOps, including performing source control using repositories using VTSF and GIT, and using Boards in a Kanban fashion.
  • A university diploma in Computer Science or closely related discipline.
