We are looking for an Intermediate Administrative Assistant, General for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English
• Security Clearance: Reliability
• Location of Work: On-site, COLONEL CHARLES P. STACEY BUILDING, 2429 Holly Ln, Ottawa, ON K1V 7P2
• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must be able to lift 20kg boxes
  • The bidder must have experience in using office 365, word & excel in the last year.
  • The bidder must have Task management skills (planning, organizing, controlling) as applied to their own work.
  • The Bidder must have experience scanning in support of business lines of business
