Independent Information Technology Project Review Team Leader – Level 3 Full Time

We are looking for an Independent Information Technology Project Review Team Leader – Level 3 for the Canada Revenue Agency with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability.

Job Specification:

1. Must have experience working in the last fifteen (15) years completing independent project reviews or project reviews, as an Independent Project Review Team Leader at the Senior Level: 10+ years of experience as defined by the Tasked – Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) category.
2. Must have a minimum of ten (10) cumulative years as Review Team Leader – Level 3 within the past fifteen (15) years, prior to the closing date of this RFP.
3. Must have a minimum of five (5) independent project review engagements, reviews within the past five (5) years using the methodology outlined in the Treasury Board Secretariat’s (TBS) Independent Reviewer’s Handbook and the TBS Review Topics for Enquiry, prior to the closing date of this RFP.
4. Must have experience managing a minimum of two (2) large project (each project cost ≥ $75 million Canadian) as a Review Team Leader – Level 3 within the last seven (7) years, prior to the closing date of this RFP.
5. Must have experience managing a minimum of three (3) Information Technology transformational project as Review Team Leader – Level 3, within the last seven (7) years, prior to the closing date of this RFP.
6. Must have experience managing a minimum of three (3) multi-year projects (3 years or longer for an independent project review engagement on each project – overlapping the period Is acceptable) as Review Team Leader – Level 3, within the last seven (7) years, prior to the closing date of this RFP.
