We are looking for a Change Management Consultant – Level 2 for Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with Security Clearance of Secret.
1. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has at least 8 years of experience working as a Change Management Consultant – Level 2 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement Stream 5. P.1. Change Management Consultant – Level 2.
2. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that within the last 8 years that the proposed resource has completed four (4) projects demonstrating the experience in developing and implementing change management
strategies and plans.

3. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed:a university degree in Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration;
OR
Completion of a two-year College diploma in: Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration; and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a Change Management
Consultant.
4. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed one (1) valid IM/IT related certification in either Service Management or Project Management
