Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 Cloud Strategic Planning for Employment and Social Development Canada Full Time

We are looking for Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 Cloud Strategic Planning for Employment and Social Development Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability Bilingual

Interested resource must have: 

1.Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, as a Business Transformation Architect Level 3 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement.

2.Has a minimum of two (2) years’ international experience in defining cloud business transformation strategies, defining sourcing strategies including negotiations and full understanding of the cloud vendor portfolios, as well as presenting and advising *Senior Management (Government: Director Generals and Assistant Deputy Ministers as well as Private Sector: Vice-Presidents and C-Level executives).

3.Has a minimum of two (2) years’ international experience in defining Target Operating Models and Target Architecture Models for cloud strategies, as well as presenting and advising *Senior Management (Government: Director Generals and Assistant Deputy Ministers / Private Sector: Vice-Presidents and C-Level executives)

4.Has a minimum of five (5) years’ experience of the bid solicitation closing date and time in developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, either for an organization or for an application area, to meet the business and application requirements.

5.Has a minimum of five (5) years’ experience of the bid solicitation closing date and time in analyzing and evaluation alternative technology solutions to meet business problems in the following type of environment:

1. Large Public Sector Organization;
2. User base of over 10,000;

6.Has a minimum of at least one (1) year of combined experience within the past ten (10) years of the bid closing date and time, with the following:

1. Preparing and delivering analysis;
2. Development of architecture requirements design;
3. Process development; and
4. Process mapping.

7.Resource can work fluently in both official languages (English and French), in writing and verbally at an advanced level.
