Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 Cloud Service Management for Employment and Social Development Canada Full Time

We are looking for Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 Cloud Service Management for Employment and Social Development Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability Bilingual

Interested resource must have: 

1.Have either a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, as a Business Transformation Architect Level 3 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement

2.Has one of the following:

Master Degree in Business Administration Or

Master Degree in Commerce

from a Recognized Canadian university Or

Equivalent as established by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service, if obtained outside of Canada.

A copy of the University degree and/or equivalence (if applicable from a country outside of Canada) must be provided at the time of bid closing date and time

3.Has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience of the bid solicitation closing date and time in analyzing application portfolios and defining strategies to modernize the application portfolios leveraging cloud technologies in the following type of environment:

1. Large Public Sector Organization;
2. User base of over 10,000

4.Has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the last ten (10) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, developing application rationalization strategies and plans including cloud technologies in the following type of environment:

5.Has within the last fifteen (15) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, a minimum of four (4) *large projects in a **complex organization as a Business Transformation Architect:

1. Analyzing current (as-is) processes;
2. Developing target (to-be) processes;
3. Developing options and gap analysis providing recommendations; and
4. Developing impact, risk and cost analysis.

6.Has, within the last ten (10) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, a minimum of five (5) years experience analyzing and supporting business transformation initiatives involving integrated risk assessment and management in an IM/IT environment.

7.Resource can work fluently in both official languages (English and French), in writing and verbally at an advanced level.
