Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 Cloud Financial Management for Employment and Social Development Canada Full Time

We are looking for Business Transformation Architect – Level 3 Cloud Financial Management for Employment and Social Development Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability Bilingual

Interested resource must have: 

1.Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, within the last fifteen (15) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, as a Business Transformation Architect Level 3 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement.

2.Has experience within the last five (5) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time analyzing requirements and defining mandatory and rated criteria in support of cloud procurement, in the following environment:

3.Has experience within the last ten (10) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time analyzing costs, comparing financial options, and defining financial forecast models for cloud services, in the following environment:

4.Has experience within the last five (5) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time with at least one (1) Public Sector* project where the proposed resource planned and executed a

Large Project** for a client with national impacts and involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and/or vendors.

5.Has five (5) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, of professional work experience performing the following tasks in an IM/IT environment:

6.Has within the last ten (10) years of the bid solicitation closing date and time, a minimum of five (5) years experience analyzing and supporting business transformation initiatives involving integrated risk assessment and management in an IM/IT environment.

7.Resource can work fluently in both official languages (English and French), in writing and verbally at an advanced level.
