We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – Level 3 for Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with Security Clearance of Secret.
1. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has at least 10 years of experience working as a Business System Analyst– Level 3 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement Stream 4.

2. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that within the last 10 years that the proposed resource has completed five (5) projects demonstrating experience in developing and documenting detailed statements of requirements related to the improvement of IM/IT digital business

3. The bidder must demonstrate that within the last 10 years, the proposed resource has completed five (5) projects demonstrating experience in:
a) recommending and developing business processes for re-design;
b) prototyping potential solutions;
c) providing trade-off information; and
d) recommending and implementing modifications to automate processes and systems.

4. The bidder must demonstrate that within the last 10 years, the proposed resource has completed three (3) projects developing requirements and implementing improvements to IT service management or
IM/IT controls, projects and governance for large organizations with 5000+ employees.

5. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed:
a university degree in Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration;
OR
Completion of a two-year College diploma in: Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration AND an additional five (5) years of
experience as a Business System Analyst.

6. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed IM/IT related certification in either Service Management or Project Management. A copy of the certification MUST be provided.
