Business Systems Analyst – Level 3 for Shared Services Canada Full Time

We are looking for Business Systems Analyst – Level 3 for Shared Services Canada with a Security Clearance Level of Secret

Interested resource must have:

1. Must have 10 years of combination of experience in Mitel and Nortel products.

2. Must have 10 years of experience providing Advanced Technical Services and expertise to augment and assist Mitel’s authorized dealers when highly specialized and complicated implementations are required. This includes but not limited to Virtualization migrations, Premise to cloud migrations, dial plan digit conversations, Stand-alone voicemail to collaboration voicemail, SDS migrations for larger networks, Mass Notification deployments, Contact Center design and deployment.

3. Must have 10 years of experience working with Field Trials on the customer’s premise on Mitel’s next generation VoIP products before releasing to the Public for general availability.

4. Must have 10 Mitel specific product certifications.

5. Must have 15 years of experience consulting, reviewing, and providing recommendations on best practices to implement Mitel’s solutions following best practices including data center disaster recovery deployments.

6. Must hold a valid facility security clearance at the level of Secret, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
