Business System Analyst – Level 2 Full Time

We are looking for a Business System Analyst – Level 2 for the Canadian Institutes of Health Research with Security Clearance of Reliability.

The proposed resource must meet the following:

1. The proposed resource must have a minimum of five (5) years of work experience within the last eight (8) years in performing the following tasks:

• Eliciting, developing, finalizing, and documenting business systems requirements, of which 2 years have been documenting in user story format. AND
• Creating system and/or design specifications. 

2. The proposed resource must meet one (1) of the following: 

• A university degree in a related* business or technology discipline.  OR
• A two-year college diploma in a related* business or technology discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related* business or technology discipline. OR
• A minimum of 10 years overall work experience as a Business System Analyst. 

*Related is defined as discipline in Information Management, Information Technology or Business Management. 

3. The proposed resource must have a minimum of three (3) years of work experience in facilitating process mapping workshops, documenting outputs, process flows, and managing the review process leading to sign-off.
