Business Process Consultant – Level 3 Full Time

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant – Level 3 for our client who meets the following criteria:

• Language: English

• Security Clearance: Secret.

• Location of Work: Hybrid.

• Mandatory requirements:
  • The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in business process transformation by leading and enabling business improvements via technology, tools, and integrated processes. A minimum of two projects are required.
    • To qualify, the resource must have worked on each of the referenced projects for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months.
  • The bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource is in possession of an SAP FI certification.
    • Proof of the resource’s valid certification must be submitted with the response.
  • The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as an SAP FI consultant performing all of the following tasks:
    • Develop and document functional, business, and/or system requirements specifications.
    • Develop and document integrated business processes in the SAP system.
    • Gather and analyze information to establish the functional/business needs of an SAP system or project.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has worked on complex SAP projects for a Canadian federal department, agency or corporation with multiple stakeholders for a minimum of five (5) years. Complex is defined as significant scope, dollar value, and integrated processes across modules.

• Nice to have requirements:
  • Experience in providing strategic advice and formal briefings to the senior management regarding interdepartmental and departmental change initiatives that require alignment and integration.
  • Experience in developing stakeholder SAP FI requirements for SAP S/4 HANA projects.
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in providing advice and support including analysis, configuration, problem resolution, or testing in the following modules within the last Ten (10) years
  • The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in integrating the FI module as an SAP FI consultant with other modules
  • The Bidder should demonstrate the proposed resource has experience, working on SAP implementation projects with experience in leading business requirements gathering workshops and defining to-be processes.
