We are looking for a Business Consultant – Level 3 for Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with Security Clearance of Secret.
1. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has at least 10 years of experience working as a Business Consultant – Level 3 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement Stream 4.B.3 Business Consultant Level 3
2. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that within the last 10 years that the proposed resource has completed five (5) projects demonstrating the following experience:
a) eliciting and documenting business requirements;
b) analysing data and information and developing reports and improvement to business processes; and
c) developing critical success factors, and assessments of quality of reports and performance measurements.

3. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed:a university degree in: Science, Information Management/Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
OR
a two-year College diploma in: Science, Information Management/Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration AND a
minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Consultant.
