Business Consultant – Level 3 (Bilingual) Full Time

We are looking for a Business Consultant – Level 3 (Bilingual) for Shared Services Canada with Security Clearance of Secret.

1. The proposed resource must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Level III – Business Consultant, leading the following tasks:
– IT Contract financial remediation
– Delivery performance improvement
– IM/IT Relationship management

2. The proposed resource must clearly demonstrate ten (10) years of experience in developing IM/IT costing models to recover costs for services and contract costing models.

3. The proposed resource must hold at the time of bid closing an accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA or CGA).

4. The proposed resources must hold a Master level degree or an internationally recognized certification in Conflict Management.

5. The proposed resource must demonstrate five (5) experiences within the last twelve (12) years in an IM/IT environment, negotiating large-scale ($50M+) Canadian Federal, Provincial or Municipal contracts on behalf of large* private sector organizations.

6. The proposed resource must demonstrate five (5) years of experience within the last twelve (12) years developing IT service delivery models, IT service management governance frameworks, developing sr. management briefs including Treasury Board project approval documentation.

7. The bidder must provide three (3) projects, within the last twelve (12) years in which the proposed resource was leading a pricing project within a Federal or Provincial Government by developing and implementing a pricing strategy for various IM/IT solutions delivered to multiple clients.
