We are looking for a Business Consultant – Level 2 for Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with Security Clearance of Secret.
1. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has at least 8 years of experience working as a Business Consultant – Level 2 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement Stream 4.B.3 Business Consultant Level 2
2. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that within the last 8 years that the proposed resource has completed three (3) projects demonstrating the following experience:
a) eliciting and documenting business requirements;
b) analysing data and information and developing reports and improvement to business processes; and
c) developing critical success factors, and assessments of quality of reports and performance measurements.

3. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed:a university degree in: Science, Information Management/Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
OR
a two-year College diploma in: Science, Information Management/Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
AND a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Business Consultant.
