We are looking for a Business Analyst – Level 1 for Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development with Security Clearance of Secret.
1. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that the proposed resource has at least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst – Level 1 in accordance with the TBIPS Supply Arrangement Stream 4.B.1 Business Analyst Level 1
2. The bidder must demonstrate using detailed project descriptions that within the last 5 years that the proposed resource has completed one (1) project demonstrating the following experience:
a) eliciting and documenting business requirements.
b) developing project communications; and
c) developing and maintaining business process improvement documentation.

3. The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has completed:
a university degree in: Science, Information Management/Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
OR
a two-year College diploma in: Science, Information Management/Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration AND a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst.
