Associate Project Portfolio Manager Full Time

We are looking for a Associate Project Portfolio Manager for our client who meets the following criteria:  

• Language: English. 

• Security Clearance: Reliability. 

• Location of Work: Hybrid Ottawa HQ – least once a month and for key sessions with alignment. 

• Mandatory requirements:

• • Must have experience in supporting the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to mature establish and mature strategic portfolio planning framework
  • Must have experience in supporting to establish guiding principles and procedures for the portfolio
  • Must have the knowledge of portfolio management methodologies
  • Must have the ability to manage portfolio activities to meet goals
  • Preferred project management professional (PMP) or portfolio management professional (PfMP) certification
  • Entry Level Project/Portfolio Manager: Less than 3 years of experience
  • Must have experience in Agile Methodology

• Nice to have requirements: 

• • PowerBI and other reporting skills
  • Planview Modules, Azure DevOps
  • French language proficiency
